I am new here at Buddy Slim
I hope to find some buddies to help keep me on track. Right now I am not on any particular diet. My hubby and I are both trying to lose weight. For now to get us started and motivated we have eliminated all of the junk food and put lots of fruit and veggies into our diet. Easier for me than for him as he does not eat many veggies and mostly only canned fruit but figure that is better than the junk foods.

I know I need help keeping on track so I google searched for a diet support group and Buddy Slim sounded like fun!
