Having a bad day

Our dog is missing  his name is Bear. He is actually still a puppy! I have made up posters and if he is not home by the time I get out of work we are going to go post them. He has pulled his lead before, but never gone far. The ground is so wet here he pulled it right out, that means he is dragging his lead which worries me, I am afraid of it getting caught somewhere.
