My new diet plan
Well so far so good.

I had gained 3 pounds before starting this new diet. My new diet has you weigh your self each day and then average it at the end of the week, but I am taking it now…..LOL….Yesterday I weighed 296 this morning I weighed 292. A loss of 4 lbs. but actually only a 1 lb. loss for the week, but I’ll take it.
