I feel betrayed, but my hubby says I shouldn’t.

I feel my weight and my diet are a very personal thing. He talked about my diet program with a co-worker yesterday, someone I barely know. Since it is a carboydrate program she assumed it was Dr. Atkins. She gave my hubby all kinds of advise for me. I was upset as it was that he talked about my diet at work. We got into an argument about it and I told him that I was not on the Dr. Atkins diet and he came back with you must be he wrote the book and it is a carbohydrate diet….and they are all the same……..and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about…….and this co-worker was just trying to help. I don’t want her help! I didn’t ask for her help…….My weight bothers me so much and he knows it does and I feel he had no right to talk about it with co-workers. What do you think?

I’d be angry too, but he probably was just trying to help. Sometimes men just don’t think, I’m sure that had he thought it through and realized it would have hurt you, he probably woundn’t have done it. I loved the part where he was arguing with you on what diet you’re on. I think you’ld know what plan you’re

Some women would love to know that their husbands are thinking about them throughout the day and especially that their weight loss program has had such an impact on him that he is finding people to talk about it with (even when you are not around).
