New plan going good!
Well so far my new plan seems to be going really well. It is a bit confusing as far as my weigh in goes. This plan calls for weighing in daily and then to average it out for the week. Well I have lost 2.5 lbs. this week but I had gained 3 before I started it so I am still up 1.5 lb. for my weigh in on Tuesday. I’ll get it all figured out.
rnI seem more satisfied eating this way and I find it easier to stick to than a lot of diets I have tried.
