My scales don’t seem to move…….
but I am okay with it for now. I am able to fit into clothes I have not worn for awhile so that means I am doing something right.

It will move, just be patient. I know I sound like a broken record, but start taking your measurements, I’ll bet you see a difference there.
Hey if you are fitting into clothes you haven’t worn in a while, you may be losing fat but gaining muscle!!!
WOW I am at that stage too and it feels great. You are doing an awesome job. My scale got stuck 2 weeks ago and then it just out of the blue started moving… go figure..
