Glad it is over………
I love Christmas, but glad it is over……

I am so thankful for the time with my family I have had over the holidays. It was wonderful to be with my grandkids this year. I at least got to be with my middle granddaughter the Friday before Christmas and the other 3 Chrismas Eve and on Christmas day!

We had a pretty simple Christmas at home. My hubby got me some books I have wanted to read (along with a few other small things)and the most beautiful card(with a gift certificate to Fashion Bug.) My favorite of all was the card telling me how often he thinks of me and what I mean to him it was so beautiful I cried…….

Well I know I slipped on Christmas Eve a little and on Christmas Day, big time……but I got right back on track yesterday and my weight day is on Saturday so I will know then how much I messed up, but the important thing is I got right back on track. In the past I would have just gone completely off track and said oh well I will wait until after the New Year, but not this time!!!

Hope all is well with everyone and you are all back on track after the Holiday!

Have a great day!
I think that many people make at least a little slip around the holidays. As long as you don’t make it a year long slip you will be good, and from the sounds of things you are right back to what you need to be doing. I am also glad that the holidays are mostly over, I am not a scrooge either, I just enjoy the rest of the year a little more, not so much work I guess.
I’m glad you had a good Christmas and time with those babies. Great job getting right back in the saddle, are you still doing the reward meal thing?
I’m glad you had such a wonderful Christmas. Your husband sounds like he’s so thoughtful. Those little things, the cards and the words, mean so much more than anything money could buy.
Way to keep it together!!!
Glad to see you got the things you wanted. Give your hubby a give hug and kiss for making you feel so special. Tale care
