Being realistic

for me is not going to be setting a certain weight loss goal! I am doing the best I have ever done on any weight loss program! By now I have usually given up! I even messed up over the holidays and got myself right back on track! A miracle in itself with me! I have always put off for tomorrow what should be done today!

My goals for 2007 are to lose each week even if it is only a half a pound and to really get some excercise in……..at first the weeks of losing a half pound were discouraging to me, but I told myself that at least I am losing. In the nine weeks I have been on this program I have lost 13-1/2 pounds. My lowest weeks being a 1/2 pound my biggest week being 3 pounds. I have lost something every week no matter how little and to me that is a lot!
