When it rains it pours? Well that is the story of my life! Yesterday really stunk! We found out our blazer would not pass inspection because it needs a transmission, lets see that will cost us like over $1,600.00 for a rebuilt one installed. Then my washer died, won’t spin out so I had a mess trying to ring water out of the clothes! Hubby checked it out, but who knows. If I can’t get it fixed I have to buy a new one, it would cost me more each week for the  laundromat than the payments on a washer will.

I almost blew my diet! In the past I would have done that, but I actually sat there and told myself, what does what you eat have to do with this mess? Is it going to help anything if you blow your diet and what you have accomplished so far? No, it won’t help and it will only make me feel more depressed, when I realize I am only screwing up what I have already accomplished! I have come along way from the way I have handles things in the past! I owe most of this to my buddies here and there encouragement and support! I have gained so much insight into how to better handle things that would normally set me off on a binge!
