I sometimes wonder
is this really me? I have so much more confidence in myself as far as losing weight goes. I just need to have it carry over into the rest of my life. Hopefully this happens as I continue to lose more weight. I have never stuck to losing weight like I have this time. I am so thankful for all of my buddies here and the things that have been shared and I have learned.

Today is my weight day! I have lost 1 pound this week! I can’t believe this was Christmas week and I lost 1 pound!

Well I got one of our 2 problems solved! My new washer is being delivered today! We are still not sure how we will get our vehicle fixed, but at least hubby can use a company vehicle for now!

Well I guess I better get in gear and get some house work out of the way as I have a ton of laundry to do once the wahser gets here. It is amazing how much laundry accumalates with just the three of us in a couple days!

And its amazing that you start getting it soooo soon! I mean, 5, 10, 25 pounds, doesnt really seem to matter…It just seems once you start taking care of yourself, that starts to come out…

I totally understand how laundry can accumulate because it seems like I have to do 1 to 2 loads a day and sometimes more! Glad to hear you got you a new washer!
