Good Changes…….
Reflecting on 2006…..I have made many changes in my life. The best thing I did when I decided to once again lose weight was to find an online support group. I google searched and found Buddy Slim, little did I know at the time what an impact it would have on me! I have found only good things here. I have met so many wonderful people and made so many friends who have made a big difference in my life. They have listened when I needed to vent and and celebrated with me when something good happened, with out this support I know I would have given up long ago. Thank you all for all the support and encouragement you have given me, I hope I was able to do the same for you!

This afternoon is a big Birthday bash for my oldest grandkids, Cody turns 7 tomorrow and his sister Natasha turns 4(she is the one who thinks NaNa’s is her weekend home.)Tonight is just a quiet time at home with hubby for New Years, no big celebration, that is our normal New Years as we get older.

Good luck with the birthday bash. My New Years Eve is going to be at home with my hubby too! I can remember planning to go out and what to wear and usually this would be one of those holidays that I’d dread to dress for. (most everyone dresses slinky and sexy) so I might not wear the flannel tonight. I know…risky.
