I really have started to excercise

My goal is to excercise at least 3 times a week to start! I am going to try every other day for now. I excercised on Monday and Wednesday and plan on tomorrow morning too. I did an 8 min. Core Ab work out on Mon. and an 8 min. Core stretch work out on Wed. I am a little sore, but nothing I can’t live with. I am so out of shape I knew starting small was better than nothing at all!
rnHubby was off yesterday and has the rest of the week off, and he is a real computer hog, so I have to get on when I get a chance.
