My mom had her angeoplacy, on Tuesday! Everything went well and she came back home yesterday!

I have been busy helping some co-workers do their taxes so I have not had much computer time for myself.

Diet is still going okay, but still not getting in the excercise I should! I have to really work on that one!

Well I guess I better go get some work done before I go back out on my afternoon run!
