poor me I only lost 1 pound! I know I should be happy I lost a pound and I am! It is just I always want more! Since I started here on August 22nd I have lost 37 pounds. I have lost the majority of that since October 23rd I have lost 23 pounds on the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet. I am 3 pounds from my first mini goal! I am 24 pounds from my goal for Mary’s Memorial Day weight loss challenge! I need to live what I preach about 1 day at a time! I am succeeding and success is not always quick and easy! Success is something you have to really want and work at continuously!

Thank you buddies for sticking by me and giving me the hope and encouragement that I need! This is a struggle that I can’t go alone! Your support is something I have come to count on for my continued success! I also hope that I am able to offer the same encouragement to all of you!
