Nothing new and exciting to report!
Everything going okay and I am back on track! It will be harder for me this week, being off work is always harder! When you get bored it is hard to not to revert to old habits of eating out of boredom! I am determined to stick to my plan! I am also determined that this is when I am going to make myself a workout plan that I can stick with too!

Good job! I think it is always harder at home. But you can do it!

I have faith that you can not only get by this week, you can do great things! If you find yourself going to the fridge because of your boredom, as yourself “Am I really hungry?” Also, I find when it’s not yet mealtime or snacktime and I start to crave food, I’ll drink an entire glass of water or sugar-free juice. By the time I’m finished drinking, I’m not even hungry anymore!

Just remember what you Carb Addicts book says, you can have what you want, you just have to wait until your reward meal. You are doing so great Bette Jo, just hang in there until your hour, I know you can do it!
