Something interesting I wanted to share……..
I was up early this morning and happened to catch a health program. It was about carbohydrates. The program was quite interesting since I am on a carbohydrate program for my weight loss. I am doing well with my program, but I do worry about how the high fat is going to affect my over all health. The health program also showed that when tested some of the so called low carb foods were not as low carb as people think they are. They talked also about the Glycemic Index. I went online and found some useful and interesting information. It is not only useful for me with the low carb program I am on, but useful to other people losing weight.
