Back to work after having a week off. I will try to check in on everyone when I am home for my morning break!

I did not post my weigh in for the past week! I am up a half pound, so I am still 1 pound from my first mini goal!

Yesterday at my son’s BD party I don’t think I did too bad! I ate lots of veggies, a handful of chips, 2 wings, 3 pieces of pizza and 1 piece of cake and a scoop of ice cream! That is what I ate for my whole day! I was to full to even think of eating last night!

You are doing great…only 1 lb from your mini goal? Wow. So, do you have a non-food celebration in mind….you’re going to deserve it. That will be 40 lbs down. I’m excited for you. Push on…really hard…hit the goal!

If that’s all you ate for the whole day, you did pretty good, so don’t worry about it.
And don’t fret over the half pound gain. That could easily have been water weight.
