Quick Buddy Fix

I am off to work in about 15 minutes, but I had to come on for a quick buddy fix. I am feeling kind of down this week, with some family problems and know I will be having a hard time sticking with my plan. I count on you all so much to keep in check.

    You hang in there Bette Jo. Remember you’ve come so far and  still have a ways to go, so don’t let nobody mess up your progress. I know it’s hard, but stay strong. Summer is coming quick, so we gotta go full steam ahead to get into them nice shorts and skirts.

    I know it’s hard to stay on track when other things are getting you down - you need to look at how far you have come and realize that even in times of stress and problems, this is the one thing you are doing great at…you should be very proud of yourself.  Have a great day!!

    HANG IN THERE GIRL!!! I DEAL WITH ALOT OF FAMILY STUFF TOO I FIND I CARRY AND CARE MORE ABOUT THEM THEN MY OWN. SOME THING ARE GOING TO CHANGE AROUND HERE I CAN’T WORRY ABOUT THEM MORE THEN MYSELF. I FEEL IT BUILDING UP AND I THINK THE TIME IS COMING TO LET THEM KNOW HOW I FEEL.

    Going off plan will NOT make you feel better and it could compound your bad emotions over the family issues.  Treat yourself to coffee with a friend or just a long bath to relax and refocus.  Then make a plan to help you stay on plan.  You can do it!!!!!
