Happy Sunday Morning…..
Yesterday was quite an interesting day. I learned things from all the classes that should help me with my job. I was able to do most of Yoga positions as she did some pretty basic stuff since it was a beginner 1 hr. and 15 min. class. I’m not saying I didn’t hurt, and that I am not still a little sore today, but I can live with it.
rnYesterday morning was my weight day, I am down 2 pounds and I am so happy! I am losing slow and steady. I will do this no matter how long it takes.
rnToday we are going to my one year old great-nephews First Birthday, party and I am going to enjoy myself and eat and still be able to stick to my plan. In the past I could never do this, today my reward meal will be lunch and my complementary meals will be breakfast and dinner. I usually have my reward meal for dinner, but when things like parties come up I am able to switch it.
