Moving on…..
Today is a new day and it is time to move on. I feel like I have just been on such an emotional roller coaster lately.

I went to my friends cook out yesterday and had a great time and still stayed on plan. We have not gotten together in so long and only have seen each other in passing and talking on the computer. We decided we are going to get together like this at least a couple times a month.

Today is another cook out day. We are going to my oldest sons later. My middle son had his Birthday during the week and they are having a big cook out today.

Isn’t it amazing how good it feels just to spend time with a friend! Life gets so busy. I believe we all need to make time to nourish our special friendships. Way to go staying on your plan!
