My new start…….
I don’t think I did to bad yesterday. I had 1708 calories. I would like to make my goal 1500 calories a day and see how that works out. I didn’t do as well as I would have liked with limiting my fat, but I will just have to work on it. I am using the food journal on this site. I think it will really help.
rnLetting hubby sleep in after all it is Fathers Day! We will be stopping at hubby’s dads today. It is not always easy for me on Fathers Day. My dad passed away almost 9 years ago and it is days like this that I really miss him.
rnWell off to read blogs and by the time I get that done my granddaughter will be awake!
