Honestly……
I didn’t count my calories yesterday, or do my food journal, but I think I did well. I ate lots of fruits and veggies before the real food! I ate little bits of lots of stuff, but only little bits and when I was done, I tossed away my plate. I think there was a few factors yesterday that also helped me to stick with it.
rn1. I wore a skirt I had bought last year that was snug, this year I would not have been able to wear it if it weren’t for the belt! 
2. I got so many compliments, asking how much weight I have lost and how I have done it!
3. My grandkids, I am now able to chase and keep up with them, which use to be harder for me! 
Yesterday, I brought my 4 yr. old and almost 2 yr. old granddaughters home with me! I am sure they will zap my new found energy, but it will be worth the fun! I am keeping the 4 yr. old for a couple days, but the little one will probably go home tonight!
