this is unusual. I never have me time! Hubby is working his weekend job. The youngest and only one still living at home is with friends, and I have no grandchildren. It is nice and quiet something I am not use too.

The diet is going great, the excercise not bad, but I know I need to do more.

The past couple of days has been crazy. I amsuppose be on break until summer school starts up on July 5th. Well yesterday the boss wanted me to go with the new driver to do a dry run. Well the directions we got were so bad we were gone for 4 1/2 hrs. instead of about 2 1/2 or 3 hrs. Then today I was asked to come in and call parents to let them know their childs pick up times.  It makes me feel good when the boss wants me to do extra things like calling the parents or filling in for hubby’s dispatching. He likes my phone skills. I wish I could find a receptionist or secretarial job. I love my job as a bus monitor for my special needs preschoolers, but the pay stinks. Yea, I am so happy to as now I have only 5 children on my run, it is still the longest run as we go the farthest with the realy rural ones. They are giving us a van instead of a bus and it will have a CD player so I can take my grandkids CD’s of childrens music with me……(hope my new driver doesn’t mind). The way I look at it, it’s all for the kids, what makes them happy on the long ride, plus if they are entertained they are happier, plus I think my drive would rather hear  the CD’s than me singing (I’m tone deaf)!

Tomorrow I have to bake cakes for my youngest granddaughters 2nd Birthday party on Sunday,she is having a  Pool Party at my brothers. I bought the kids some new pool toys to take.

Well I guess I have done enough rambling on, so I  will be off checking some blogs.
