I went to a cook out at my oldest brothers yesterday. I had all good intentions of sticking to plan. I didn’t I ate junk! I ate chips and stuff I don’t normally eat, and I was sick to my stomach. I was still sick to my stomach this morning. I don’t ever want to feel like that again. Today is a new day and I am back on plan. I know there will be slip ups, but never again like yesterday!

Thanks buddies for your comments on my last blog. I appreciate the feed back on the problem I am having concerning my granddaughter.
