Food Journals……..
I am still jounraling my food, but not on here like I was. It was really taking up a lot of my time (which seems like I don’t have much of lateley)! Journaling what I eat makes me a lot more of what I am eating, when and why so I will keep doing it. Maybe I will do it on here again soon, but for now I am just doing it on paper.
Crappy rainy weather here, so I won’t be doing much outside today.
I have been eating a lot more fresh veggies and fruits. It is so much easier when I cut them up and put them in containers in the fridge so all I have to do is grab them. I bought a whole bunch of containers yesterday all different sizes. I am also going to cook extra and freeze me some meals and then when time is tight I have a good nutrisous low cal. meal and have one less excuse for eating the wrong things.
