Not the end of the world…….
but sometimes it seems like it! Except for messing up on Sunday, I have busting my butt and sticking to plan, most days even under on calories, but I lost a total of half a pound! I keep telling myself it is better than a gain or staying the same!
Natasha is out playing with Uncle Ethan, so I get a few minutes computer time. I am lucky that he is such a good Uncle and loves playing with the kids. My grandson called this morning and wants PaPa to pick him up to come spend the night when PaPa is done work today! Of course NaNa can’t say NO!
Well I am off to read a few blogs before Natasha comes in wanting lunch!
Have a good one!

Keep working and it’ll come. In addition to losing weight, you are working on your health too, so try to remember that you have more than one goal. Sometimes I’d like to throw the scale out the window though!
It will happen BetteJo, look how far you have already come.
Oh, a good Nana never says no.
No— is that even a word in the grandparents vocabulary..LOL!! I don’t think so!

Sorry your feeling discouraged..it just takes time I guess. Its so more fun putting the weight on then trying to get it off don’t ya think?
Losing a half a pound is better than gaining a half a pound. I call that progress. Congratulations!
Don’t worry too much about the scale.
Muscle weighs more than fat so you could be losing weight and not having it show up on the scale for a long time.
I lost a lot of inches off my waist, hips and thighs without any coming off the scale.
I still weigh myself, but not as often.
You just keep hanging in there. And celebrate every pound or 1/2 you get. It really is better than a gain. Keep at it!
