Not sure how I did it…….
After a four day binge and a visit from Tom, I am surprised to see any loss. I lost 2.5 lbs. I have been totaly back on track since Monday! I write down everything I eat. I am writing it down instead of using the food journal on here, because I find it is too time comsuming. I know if I don’t write it down, I am not totaly honest with myself.
I bought lots of winter squash when I went shopping on Friday and I plan on freezing some. I love squash and I really didn’t realize how low in calories it is. It is so filling and tastes so good.
