So it wasn’t a personal attack!!??
Follow up on yesterday’s blog. The boss went out in parking lot and looked in busses yesterday and he found all of my stuff in the back of an old bus that is no longer in service and was being junked! Whoever took my stuff was just being plain old mean! I will remind myself on Friday when I have to go into that place for a meeting to finalize the Christmas Party that I am there for a paycheck not to make friends. People there are sneaky and wont’ attack me the way they do others.
I am amazing myself how well I am staying on plan and counting and journaling my food intake. I have to write down the food before I eat it and it really holds me accountable.
I just wanted to let everyone know, that yesterday’s vent did me good. I needed to get everything off my chest or I don’t know how well I would have done talking myself out of stress eating. I have done it so long, and it has been such a part of me even after a year, I still find myself thinking of food everytime I get upset!
Have a great day, buddies!

do not tollerate being bullie at work.. there are laws against that kind of behaviour..
work should not be a chore thats you dread doing - we spend so much of our lives working it should be a pleasurable part of the day - well know you know what i mean - it should not cause stress
hopefully it will spur you on take it as a challange to change your life and perhaps your job as well..
a change is as good as a rest!

I am sorry to hear how they are teating you at work. My heart goes out to you. and If you don’t mind. I am very strong in my faith, and if you start praying for them, it may turn around for you. and I will put you in my prayers as well. Life shouldn’t be hurtful. Find all the joy that you can, a focus on the good.
have a wonderful day today.

I’m glad the vent did you good. And you are right to think at times this is just for a paycheck. You do the best you can, do a good job and take home your check. I’ve learned that if you wait long enough, the bad people at work eventually quit or get fired or fight amoungst themselves eventually and make their own lives miserable. Just do your best, do what you are paid to and then go home and enjoy your life. And I agree with Mary above my post. Pray that the problems at work or the atmosphere at work changes. Don’t let anyone at work break your spirit or get the best of you. Good for you staying on plan! Now that’s good news. Keep it up!
I know where you are coming from. I have been on several committees that were “committees” in name only. They didn’t really want you to do the job they just needed a way to prove they were doing something. In my opinion, it’s the boss’ way of showing their worth to their boss. Everyone reports to someone and it is their way of saying to their superior, “Look at me and all I have done. Wow, aren’t I great” Don’t take it personal. You could quit and change jobs but chances are you would have to deal with the SOS. Like my son used to say, “Same smell, different nostril.”
Great job on not letting the stress cause you do go off plan.
