Wow……What a weekend I just had……

I had my 3 year old grandaughter, for the weekend. This is a first with her. Although I did not get any regular excercise in believe me I got a workout! Need I say more? LMAO……..

I am totaly back on track. I know that journaling every bite of food I put in my mouth is the what I have to do. This is the only way I can truly stay on track. I lost 5 lbs. this week and I am so siked!

    Congrats on the 5 lbs and yeah doing anything with children is a workout lol So happy for you Bette Jo and yes journaling is truly the way to go. Way to get back on track now the true key to success: Stay on track!!! Have a wonderful day!!

    5 POUNDS!!! Look whos back and back Strong!!! My buddy Bette Jo!!! I remember when I first joined BuddySlim I would watch you tackle the weight head on!!! I’m sooooooooooo happy to see you back in the game…the game of life…the healthy life!!!

    I totally understand the “workout” you had with your granddaughter. My baby Talan is 2 and he just wears me right out!! LOL!!
