Nothing new to report……

I had a great weekend food wise. I had my 3 and 5 yr. old grandaughters, so I didn’t do regular excercises, but I feel like I still got a workout in. I stuck to plan and journaled my food and stayed under my calorie limit.

I have family reunions the next 3 weekends, and it is making me a little nervous already. I have made it through the last few picnics staying on plan. I know I can do it, as long as I am careful and plan ahead. I will make a few dishes I know I can have, and have a small amount of something else if I am careful and pay attention to what it is and what a serving size is.

    I have functions coming up that will require me to have a lot of willpower also. What works for me is, too many things on the table? too many things you shouldn’t have? no healthy choices? eat less than you normally would if it were healthy foods and no bread or desserts at all! Like I need to tell you my tricks, you had an amazing weight loss, send me yours, please!!!!! Luv Ya! sista!

    Good for you staying on your food plan this weekend. Sure your reunions will make it tempting to go off course but you can beat it. Wouldn’t it be great that after they are all done and you stayed on plan that you can be proud you did it? You can do it girl. You have some great ideas about making some food that you can eat there too. Have a great week girl!

    I feel you about the family reunion situation. I have one this weekend. Luckily I have a lifetime gym membership in the city where the reunion is. I figure I can at least burn some extra calories for the little cheating I plan to do. Yes I’m planning it. :) At least this way I won’t beat myself up for eating junk. I plan to do a few more exercises and play some volleyball with the family and other stuff and hopefully it’ll balance out.
