Take my In-Laws please…….
Yesterday was hubby’s family reunion. You would think after almost 30 years of it, I would be use to it. Well I guess I am use to it, but just don’t like it. Need I say a boring day! Yesterday, I was proud of me! I know I looked nice, I took the time to fix my hair, do my nails. Hey, I have lost 94 lbs. who wouldn’t want a compliment or two. Nothing, no Gee you look nice, How much weight have you lost! Notta Nothing! I stuck to my plan better than expected I went over by 300 calories. The 300 calories came from the 3 Michelobe Ultras I drank and believe me I wanted too drink a whole 6 pack.

Wow…thats sad. Yes we all need to hear encouraging words…especially after 94 pounds! What an accomplishment! And you are what matters, not them, but it would be hurtful that no one offered some kind words on all you have done.

Well sometimes I think the best compliment a person can give you is to not say anything at all! It’s called jealousy baby. Oh yeah! When you know you look good and no one says anything it’s because they don’t want to acknowledge what you did and what they can’t do. Have you ever went somewhere and you might not have looked your best and someone complimented you anyway? You might think they were just being nice. But when you know you look good and no one doesn’t say anything it can’t be just an oversite on their part. It’s because they just may be jealous. I’m not saying their mean but they might be a little green.
Jealousy indeed! which then leads to resentment so a compliment from someone like that is not a compliment enough, it’s not genuine. We at buddyslim are sincere when we say YOU ROCK SISTA! WHAT AN EXAMPLE YOU ARE TO THE REST OF US! HIP! HIP! HOORAY! LUV YA! SISTA, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT!
